I work on a slot/queue system that is expected to take anywhere from a week to a few months.

You may contact me at any time on the status of your commission or place it in the queue. If you would like to request a deadline please let me know beforehand so we can discuss it. If you let me know later on I may or may not be able to make those deadlines.

I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. (See Payments & Refunds on cancellation)

Please be kind to me, I have high anxiety.

You are expected to pay within 48 hours, or your slot will not be secured and will be given to someone else.

I do NOT accept refunds. Make sure you know this before commissioning me.

I will not take points as payment or other forms of payment unless specified otherwise.

I am open to a payment plan if the price of the commission is 200 USD or more. An acceptable payment plan would be half upfront to secure your slot and another half within a discussed time frame. Commissions under 200 USD must be paid upfront

Turn-around-time depends on the type and complexity of the commission you order, but all commissions may take more than 60 days due to my school and work schedule.

Clients will be updated about potential delays.

I send updates of the artwork to the client upon sketch completion and finishing stages. Custom design clients will be sent updates at the sketch, coloring, and finishing stages. Other updates will be sent at the client's request.

You may re-upload your commission anywhere you like, but please credit me wherever possible. You may re-upload to sites such as Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram/etc, as well as gallery websites like Furaffinity, please credit me in the description and/or title. If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT reupload it.

You may use your commissioned artwork for icons, page decor, etc. with credit.

I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions.

Do not edit commissioned artwork to remove or hide my watermarks and/or signatures. Minor edits to the colors, markings, etc. are okay!

You may not take credit or claim the artwork as your own, no matter how many edits are made.

This applies to all my character designs - received from commissions, adaptable sales, auctions, trades, from other people reselling/trading designs.

If I find you breaking my ownership rules, I will give you a light warning and have you reread my design ownership rules. I am not the most strict person, but if I find you are clearly ignoring my design ownership rules after being reminded of them, you may be blacklisted from buying or commissioning characters from me in the future. If it is a mistake, just be honest. I only give out blacklists for severe cases.

It is not required but I encourage you to upload your new character to Toyhou.se, a character repository website. When you upload the design, you can credit me onsite under the username "ParanormalAnimal ". I do this so it's much easier for me to keep track of all of my designs and avoid any issues with scamming in the future. I am able to provide an invite code if you need it.

Once you have paid, you then have ownership of the character design in the context of sale/resale/etc.

You do not need further permission to use your character in art, buy commissions, resell/trade, make into a fursuit, sell the fursuit for profit, etc.

You may make any edits to your character design. You can change species, gender, colors, and markings, as freely as you wish.

You are free to edit the actual art of the character design - such as shift hue, saturation, draw over the art, etc. Just remember to keep the original file!

I strongly recommend you place your own watermark over the file you receive from me. This is to prevent theft. I cannot help you / refund you / etc if you experience theft of the file you now own.

Do not make copies of the character with the intention to resell for profit. This includes making it into an original species, making relatives/twins/etc.

You may not EVER claim the original design as your own work. You may point out and take credit for edits you have made, in fact even crediting us as both designers if enough changes have been made.

All sales are final - if you no longer want a design, you may resell it for the price you purchased it for.
